- your name, phone number and email address;

- your message about the project and the service or package you selected.
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we also receive the details you use there (for example, your phone number) and the content of the conversation.
Data about how you use the website, collected without cookies through Matomo, hosted on our own servers: the pages you visit, how long you stay, your device and browser type and your IP address, which we anonymize.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To reply to you and send you a proposal: the legal basis is entering into or preparing a contract, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To protect the website against automated messages (spam) and abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To understand how the website is used and improve it: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We only use these statistics in aggregate form, never to identify you.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations, if you become a client (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for automated decisions that affect you.
4. Who we share your data with
We use a few providers that help us run the website. Each one receives only the data it needs:
- Web3Forms: receives the messages sent through our forms and forwards them to us by email.
- Matomo: usage statistics stay on our own server (matomo.redevia.ro) and are not shared with other companies.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
- Our hosting and email providers, as well as public authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers, such as WhatsApp, may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, for example to the United States. In these cases, the transfer is based on the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long we keep your data
- Messages sent through our forms and conversations: for as long as we discuss the project, and at most 2 years after our last contact if you don't become a client.
- Client data: for the duration of our work together, and then for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Usage statistics: with the IP address anonymized, used only in aggregate form.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data or delete it;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data, or object to its use;
- receive your data in a format you can pass on to another company (data portability);
- object to the collection of usage statistics. If your browser has “Do Not Track” enabled, we don't record your visits.
To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected]. We'll reply within one month, as required by the GDPR.
If you have a complaint, you can file it with the Romanian data protection authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28-30, sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro, or with the data protection authority in the EU country where you live.

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the team members who handle incoming messages have access to them. The website is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
